Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 30% restocking charge will be applied at time of refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
1 cent shipping for orders over $49. Please allow 8 to 10 days for your order to arrive. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has shipped. Our regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. MST Monday - Friday.
International Shipping
We only ship to locations within Canada and we do not ship internationally. We encourage USA customers to visit signpostamerica.com for service within the US.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided the items are still in new condition. Please contact us to make arrangements for returning merchandise. Custom merchandise is non-refundable.
Along with the product, we will also refund any tax and environmental fee. We will also refund any associated shipping charges for defective products or if you received the wrong item. Please note that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to "Buyer’s Remorse," meaning if you change your mind about your purchase.
A 30% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns.
